Return Policy
All items purchased are returnable after they are shipped (shipment confirmation email is sent when the order has shipped as well as tracking number) provided they are returned in good condition as they were initially shipped from us.

Cancellation Fee
For in stock orders:
You are able to cancel your order until the item has shipped (shipment confirmation email is sent when the order has shipped). Please note, there will be a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel before your order is shipped out. These fees will be deducted from the total transaction value. This non-refundable 3% cancellation fee is what our payment processor charges for all transactions (we do not keep this).
For backorders:
There is no cancellation fee for backorders. Please email us for cancelling your backorder, and we'll be happy to assist.

Refund timeframe
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed back to your original payment.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states using Udifferent carriers and different means of transportation given the situation. We ship out all orders within 1-3 business days, but occasionally during large drops, we may take up to 5 business days to ship out your order. All order updates, including tracking information is sent to the email on file.
Please reach out to us if you would like any special accommodations or faster shipping and we will try out best to assist.
We also ship to Canada. Please see shipping rates at checkout. NOTE (for international orders): IMPORT DUTIES & TAX are not included in sales price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the local customs office of your country of residence prior to making purchases to assess the additional costs. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item.
